It pays the bills, gets me out of the house (my position is on-site), and involves enough repetitive tasks that I can clear my mind. That's all I want.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is no best part, it's all average
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate direct supervisor and her supervisor only are caring and hardworking
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that almost everyone works from home and I don't have to interact with anybody if I don't want to.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A couple of my coworkers need to be retrained on workplace bullying and should face consequences for workplace bullying that has already taken place.
