This company has been a huge change from Midwest Dental, mostly good. However, being short staffed currently has had its challengers and I wish a few more people would step up to help with the extra work load.

I enjoy working with my manager.

It is the pay for me.

Everyone is helpful and offers support when needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting my work done and being able to help my team members.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My MWD coworkers could be more team players. my SBI coworkers are quick to help and check in with me, but it is not the same on the MWD side.
