I feel the more you take on and the hard work you put in when you are a honest valued employee that should really mean a lot.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that we get together once a month now to talk about working things and what is great that is working and what needs improvement. Also just to catch up with employees in general for a healthy work relationship.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love helping others find a discpreancy and them being so appreative for your time and help. I also love making others day by just being kind saying good morning on the phone or ask how their day is going.
