I have never enjoyed working for a company as I have for Smile Brands. The feeling of being heard and my opinion having value has been great but, the feeling of being treated as a person has been what has separated Smile Brands from other places I have worked in the past.

The seem to really care about me as a person.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with my team and making advancements in the days challenge.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We challenge each other and are still there to help one another as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A priority has been placed on "Listening" and making changes for the better based on what is being said. Most companies in my experience don't bother. Not only are employees heard buy, the changes are evident.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked my up through the ranks of the company but, with each promotion I have only made less money each year annually with the exception of this past year. I had brought it up to my leadership but, then Covid happened and my problems felt small. I did get a better pay increase this year,
