There's a great dynamic within the team and we work well together.
What makes you most happy at work?
The coworkers and the corporate mentality that we all work together. I haven't experienced much negative interactions from the field/offices and its been a great overall experience
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My VP is always encouraging me to grow in areas of leadership in addition to assisting me expand my knowledge in the department, and company as a whole
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think there should be more PTO offered and more sick pay (rather than just covid pay) to have more flex and take time off when needed. I also believe SBI should take more initiative to increase wages to reflect current cost of living, as other companies are currently doing.
