Reminding each other of the impact any of us can help make on our dental teams and their patients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on the heavy amount of workload and responsibility I carry with a small team, I believe I should have higher compensation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They live the culture, inspire us to be the best versions of ourselves, and help us realize the impact we have on patients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am highly valued here and been promoted multiple times, however, I do feel I am underpaid relative to my peers in my field and our growth rate.
