My over all experience at my company is that I feel blessed to be apart of an organization that is flexible and allows me to have a work life balance for my family.

The executive team is great... They truly care about people.

I don't have the benefits... I'm on my husband's work plan.

The working environment and my co-workers... they are a great group of people.

My Team is the best... we are always helping each other there is no issues for us.

The company stays in line with the current events impacting society and allows us a safe space to discuss our concerns and feelings..

We are always checking in with each other to make sure everyone is ok. We even talk outside of work... I love my team.

My team is compassionate and we all truly care and appreciate each other. I never have to worries about not having enough team support on a project. My co-workers are always there to help.

The working environment is pleasant and the CEO, CFO and COOs are always willing to do whatever it takes to help our employees and people in need. They stay in tune with current events that could possibly impact our employees and their families.

I believe that one of the most positive things about our culture is that we try everyday as a organization to bring SMILES To EVERYONE.... This is a true mission of the company!!!!! We truly live it and I feel it everyday at work.

What I like best of the company's leadership is they hear our concerns and they care... They may not be able to help in all areas of our lives but they try hard to help us manage our metal health and provide resources if needed..

They are a very focus and committed to the company and the employees... They are a very compassionate group, if the company makes a win, they make sure the whole company (employees too) have a win. They are always willing to pay it forward to the people that are in need, like free dental care.
