By far the best experience I've had in the healthcare management field. Company has a clear mission and the support is there as needed. It can be a challenging job as one has to wear many hats, but the experience is worth it.

Competitive base salary and a fair, realistic bonus structure based on leading profitable clinics. Simple program to understand

Their experience in the industry and willingness to take on any assignment. Also, their focus on great patient service.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have what I would characterize as a high level of accessibility to our leadership team. We have a monthly call with the CEO and CFO and they greatly value our input. I can reach out to them anytime I would like. In addition, the COO is highly engaged and available to help the field team.
