What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Frequent celebration of successes and shout-outs for employees who contribute at all levels of the organization. Culture is not a top-down false thing but rather an organic aspect of who we are that impacts all interactions with teammates and patients alike
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are super smart from both an IQ perspective and an EQ perspective. That means they make great decisions about how to grow the business and improve processes while also paying equal attention to the human side by creating a winning culture that values employees and grows from within.
What makes you most happy at work?
The culture and work environment is so much more positive than any of my prior companies - just no comparison. Plus we have a winning strategy in place and it's exciting to be a part of a company that is outpacing the competition and willing to try new things to move the business forward
