The ability to "see" the results meeting KPI's (key performance indicators). Meeting goals and knowing that the team is progressing allows me to look forward to each day and push hard.

We work together for the common goal. We pull together there is not this is not my job attitude as we are all in this together we cannot be successful without everyone's input.
