There has been good and bad however I've pushed through the last 3 yrs and am ok. Main things to me that matter most is pay could be better, benefits are way to expensive, and there should be paid maternity leave for the CBO 's in Texas. Its not a state thing because other companies here do paid ML

Leadership is supportive and open to listen and help best they can in both the work environment and some personal things
What makes you most happy at work?
My co workers are the best. I love string to hit as many claims as possible and being able to help someone else out
What are some of the best things about your team?
Billing team all work together and support each other. We are all always willing to help when we can and never have to be afraid to ask for help or ask questions
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont think pay is a great start rate for all the ups and downs we endure. There has been plenty of times the work has been so overwhelming the pay wouldn't have kept me here, my leaders helped out not just my self but the team by listening and helping as much as they could where they could
