I've been in Marketing for 32 years in a wide variety of companies/industries and this is the best job I've ever had. The company mission and services are something I feel great about being a part of and I feel very valued and respected by management and by my team.

Simple, easy to embrace mission "Smiles for Everyone" drives everything we do and is constantly reinforced. Company is also committed to giving back to the community and there are many ways for employees to get involved.

The company spends a lot of time shaping the culture and making sure we are living up to our Smiles for Everyone mission. I love that we take time to Celebrate.Everyday.Miracles. and honor team members who go above and beyond.

They have created a culture that every employee can engage with and they live the company values every day. They are also very smart industry experts who make excellent decisions on a daily basis. I feel very confident in the services we provide and in the direction the company is headed.
