My experience has been great. I came in not knowing how long I would be here, but soon made myself a valuable asset to my team and the company. I learned two new trades while working here, and I am incredibly thankful for the opportunity. My pay is not concurrent with my experience.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We like to have fun!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are focused on company goals and we work hard and have fun!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to be paid at a rate where I do not have to live at the poverty line, or have a second job. I believe the director of our team does not feel my role is necessary.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get involved in company culture and participate in all company events. We also help each other out when someone is out of the office, or when we do not have the answers we need to get an issue resolved.
