No company is perfect, but I feel that Smile Brands consistently strives to improve the company to benefit employees, patients, and share holders. Steve Bilt is an amazing CEO who has the guts to take a public stand for those who have been historically marginalized.

Greeting. Guiding. Gratitude. The 3 Gs are not only talked about, but lived every day. SBI may not be perfect, but that's okay, no company can be. But I know I need to look at my contribution to making SBI a better place not only for me, but for the 5,000 other people who are a part of my team.

Finally we got the 401K match!

The work I get to do.

They listen to feedback and really care about their employees.

Smiles.For.Everyone. is not just a slogan it permeates conversations with my team and with the executive team.

That is is always being reviewed to see if it can be increased to give us more benefits.

That we really are a team. We all "row" in the same direction and we do so with a positive attitude.

We help one another and there are no egos. We do what we need to do to get the job done right.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Engagement Team rocks! Every month they do some activity to bring everyone together. Also, every 2 weeks we all get together and "shout out" and celebrate our everyday miracles.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some executives say they have an "open door" policy. What they mean is the door may be open, but their mind is closed. Steve Bilt likes to say, "You can't break the company." I interpret this to mean that our leadership team is open to any idea that will add to our mission of Smiles for Everyone!
