Everyone is always so helpful and nice.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is nice to know and see that we do receive a raise every year but it would be great if it was just a little higher.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a mostly relaxed environment, being able to work at my own pace, and having my own space while still being able to ask for help from my teammates.
What makes you most happy at work?
Since switching to remote, what makes me the happiest while working is not feeling stressed about leaving my home to provide for my family. I am able to do so from the comfort of home and am able to feel more relaxed while I work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Back when we were at the office it was great that we could dress comfortably and that if we needed a small break we could stand up and say hi to our neighboring co-worker. After being remote, the best thing is that, as of now, we are able to stay remote.
