Smile Brands has been a great company that I am proud to work for. It's been great to be along for the ride as the company has grown and continues to do great things.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt welcomed and comfortable when I interviewed. The managers were friendly and welcoming.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team works hard to not only talk about the company culture, but also actually live the culture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct team is fun and my direct supervisors/managers have a very open door policy. My team mates are helpful and work to help each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
It's great to work with an amazing group of people who are happy to work here together. It's also nice to feel appreciated by your managers and even execs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a sense that management believes in and lives the culture. They seem to want to work with employees and are concerned about a work-life balance and general employee satisfaction.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Health benefits could be better as the premiums are high and don't offer the best coverage. The HSA match is nice, but being required to contribute to receive the a match sours it a little. A 401k match of any amount would be appreciated and place the company in a more competitive spot for talent.
