Room for improvement. I feel very lonely. I am guilty of isolating myself, but it became tiresome and trying to fit it. I focus on my tasks and get my job done.

Visibility, boosting morale, inclusion, communication
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was easy. Job offer was quick. Just felt let down after employment started.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We all work independently. When help is needed help is usually quickly found with my coworkers. The meetings we've had have all been the same. We've been instructed to work and be better at the same things. It's a broken record around here.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We've gone from having celebrations of random holidays to having absolutely nothing. Not even a Smile Brands sponsored face mask. Some of us continue to be denied access to working at home when the person denying rarely is in office, that "fairness" is lacking.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Reviews were scheduled during the time COVID hit. It is apparent that COVID is the reason why the reviews were never completed; however, it hasn't even been addressed as to when they may actually take place. Looking forward to that "cost of living" increase of probably 10 cents.
