More responsibilities are added with no increase in salary or position. At the minimum a conversation to discuss and opportunity to advance.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
My experience was over 12 years ago so i cannot apply my own experience to current. I, now, have no reservations about the current processes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we have been discussing my promotion for over 2 years, i'm told it will happen but i'm still waiting makes me feel like it's just lip service
