I am safe working from home and being unnecessarily exposed to anyone.

duties need to be clearly stated so everyone is accountable and not just passing the buck.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I take up the slack of other employees that are not up to par. I take initiative to make sure things get done, give suggestions on how processes can improve but feel like I go unheard.
