What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we are all inclusive. That we are fully and 100% supported by upper leadership all the way to the top. That we are expected to behave and perform at a level above all. It is always something to strive for.

I love Smile Brands. I love the leadership and the sincere concern that is showed to myself, providers, team members, and patients! We have amazing culture and a tent that I never want to leave! I have found my forever dental home.
