The people that interviewed me are the people that I work with - people who walk the talk. It is an honor to serve our dentists and patients at one of the best companies that I have ever worked with/for. There is an unparalleled level of high integrity people at Smile Brands.

Mostly a great company that treats everyone fairly, sometimes the effort required to achieve the result is under-appreciated.

The leadership team walks the talk. From S4E, to S3, to G3, the team models the behavior and lives it both inside and outside of the organization.

A leadership team, provider team, and business support team that does what it says to walk the talk, operate in the light of day, and deliver Smiles for Everyone!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Aligned with the SBI mission, they're people who care about supporting patients and dentists. They're courteous, driven, and determined to make a difference. People care about each other as people in addition to getting the best results for the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's a good compensation package. It would be beneficial to have a higher level of coverage offered (non-HSA) for Kaiser and/or better coverage from the PPO plans. The overall Healthcare benefit packages are not as competitive as many other employers. Mid-level healthcare benefits.
