Our leadership team truly has a strong bond of communication and cohesiveness which sets us up for success on a daily basis.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus structure is fair and also very motivating in creating a strong team base so that the office level may benefit in bonusing as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For my team personally, I would say drive and motivation. We like to smile and have fun but also understand the balancing act of striving for success on a daily basis, and there is no lack of motivation there to do our best in accomplishing this.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say the outlook on challenges, as this current year has brought many new challenges in a variety of ways, but we are never left feeling unsupported. Our CEO and VP do a phenomenal job at sending out positive feedback, supportive messages and consistently encourage us to find the positive.
