I joined Smilebrands, after working in private practice for 10 years. I joined Smilebrands because of the possibility of growing within the company. I started out as an OM, and am now a district manager. Growth is very important to me and I am happy to be with a company that recognizes that.

The pay scale in some areas.

I like the sense of feeling empowered to make sound decisions for the business.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have been with Smilebrands for about 11 years, and I love how the leadership team recognizes strong employees, and empowers them to grow within the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate how Smilebrands provides more than 1 health plan to chose from. The different plans allow us to chose what works best for our particular situation and families.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy being able to work with such a diverse group of individuals. Being able to work with an organization that is constantly seeking to improve systems already in place is rewarding.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Amidst all that is going on in 2020, chaallenges of COVID to social discord, Smilebrands took the initiative to create Safe Smile Space for employees. It a platform that reiterates that within our four wall we have control to create a safe haven and a model community.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team here in WA is always willing to go the extra mile to help one another. Whether is lending help to another office, or brainstorming on how to resolve a problem, we are always there for one another. The culture of Smiles for Everyone is prevalent within our market.
