I love what I do. I love helping the offices with issues and assist them with problem solving difficult issues. I feel it gives them piece of mind so they can focus on dentistry.

My team is helpful and always there when I need them. I am not alone in a decision, I can reach out to my team to bounce ideas off them and they are there to provide valuable assistance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership Team are fighters. During these unprecedented times, leadership fought for us to return as dentistry was deemed "nonessential" which did not make sense. They kept on fighting the good fight of dentistry so we could return and provide essential service to our patients.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved not only meeting with my team leader but meeting with whole team and the various information about different functions they all do and how my role would interact with all of them. I was also told I'd never be bored and how true that has been.
