The experience has been positive. There has been ups and downs and things that, in my position, could be done better and more efficiently. The company looses focus on things very fast and transitions to a new thing. Still waiting for the new software to be installed.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If you don't ask for better compensation, management wont address it. It seems that the years with the company are less valuable to the company than a high producer.
