We really are like a family. I know them better than I do most people and they are there to help inside and outside of work

Management cares about what you like to do, want to do and what you are good at and pairs you with tasks that most closely align with that
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even when I know it is going to be a hard day my coworkers still make it worth coming to work. We are very open and honest and always welcome learning

Every other company I have worked at has offered some sort of raise after a probationary period (30-90 days) and the healthcare paired with the wage isn’t really reasonable with how much I have to spend on healthcare even though I have ben
