Great base, making the stock 'gravy' and means I am not worrying about the price fluctuations I cannot control. Additionally, things like Mobile, Internet and Travel expenses are all contributed to, without any need for receipts etc. Oh and paying for the gym membership - I am fitter now!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No true-up for stock portion of compensation after recent stock plunges

I think that I am under leveled and that affects my compensation. I think that my scope of work is vast and if I were a male I would probably be making more.

High base salary during the time of low stock yield would be a good perk to offset some of the losses.
