less hierarchy, more innovation, less politics

There aren't departments for roles throughout SIE. In many cases, an engineering manager will have QA direct reports or vice versa. Because of politics, those without proper managers can't get the support they need without looking outside the company.

I'm paid an outrageous amount considering what it is I actually do.

Being compensated for the amount of responsibility that we actually have vs. the perception would make it a better place to work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It just feel like home i mean you do a job and not expect pressure or little bit trouble then that your problem i have worked at Microsoft,samsung,apple,lg, and phillips too as you can see Iam pretty experienced but in sony case Its so much better now go and get a job at sony

Everyone looks out for each other and wants the best result for the company. People are willing to do their best and help each other when needed.
