Remember Herb's motto: Take good care of your employees and your employees will take good care of your customers.

These people are so busy making up promotional stunts they forgot how to run a real company.

Take outside Diversity training, carr for employees, take responsibility for the leadership they promote. Stop the Hire to Fire practice.

The only people on the leadership team that is on our side are the supervisors. Until he can see as more than just numbers, this company will be going down on flames.

It's been over 5 years since our work group has received an increase in compensation. Meanwhile the Consumer Price Index has risen 22%. At the very least, we need a Cost Of Living Adjustment.

Communication skills need to improve.

An accountable team and a proper management that empowers the employees to contribute and when given the chance, fire the bad ones.

Work together and not be for one's self

The teams are a mix of people who are simply driven for the next promotion and people who genuinely want to help. The main challenge is they don't really do "roles" and managers are spread thin to appear productive, meaning there is no real mentorship or development.

Hire quality people and quit worring about who not to hire.
