Speedway Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The cheapness of it is the best part.

everything is good for me

Review from Operations Dept

Speedway matching my contributions rate

The options that are available

Medical benefit packsge. Monthly bonus.

It was fair due to the circumstances

Review from Sales Dept

7 Eleven Reasonable hourly wage

Health and life insurance benefits.

Health insurce and retirement is the best part

Review from Customer Success Dept

401 k and retirement plan.

Retiremant plan and the 401 k.

Insurance seems very good and beneficial

It's fine, not the best

Money is good for me

I'm just part-time, don't have benefits. Pay could be a little better.

I am retired from 30+ years of management in large companies. I joined the staff as an associate to be around people. The compensation package has its good thoughts but if you can't live on wages and have to work 2 or more jobs to survive you do not have employee's interest in mind.

Review from Sales Dept

The health insurance is amazing

Room for advancement always available.

I dont know about any compensations at all i was paid for what i worked thats all i can say

Review from Sales Dept

I don't have one and I'm not sure what that is

Review from Customer Success Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would really love it if the company would fix the system so I could actually see all of my personal information on my portal.

i feel like if we got our bonuses people woudl be a lot happier working there also if they didnt hire a new hire at 19 a hour and someone who has worked there for almost a year 13 a hour

I work in the kitchen but I'm expected to also run the front of the store by myself for 2 to 3 hours which makes it hard to do my job I also have to make sure everything is stocked and do the ordering for the kitchen I do the kitchen managers job but don't get the job or the pay. I feel used

Vacation pay for part timers. McDonald's worker are making 20 an hour.

It doesn't matter. I would never work for them again.

Review from Sales Dept

If I had my login code.. so my hours would be running with the company... working with no employee login number just makes it seem like I'm missing out on time.

They need better communication skills between management and staff

I try to do stuff that would make the store run better and help our customers out more but the store leader shuts it down because it would make her have to work a little more than she already doesn't.

Review from Sales Dept

Yes, I do feel undervalued for the work I do and the compensation I earn weekly. Having less responsibilities for the store day to day.

Better schedules for their employees

for my managers to do there job and communicate with their employees.

Because I don't get any of appreciation shown for how hard I work.

Even with being promoted making $16 an hour the cost of living is so high that people are literally having to choose between paying bills or feeding their family. About 4 checks a month 3 go straight to rent ($1500) leaves one check to pay car/insurance, groceries, essentials. Its not enough!!

Not being treated horribly, getting the hours I was promised. If im expected to constantly do someone else's job from their shift I should be paid as such.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Their communications are terrible and they just keep.cutring the 401K match unilaterally

Better oay for overnight would be a start. No one wants to work that shift. $16 would be a start.

Because this is a multi billion dollar company who acts broke. Who acts like anyone and everyone who is not on salary is recyclable

Too much back stock and keep getting more. NO place to stock. We have things to sell to make "quota" doesn't pertain to all areas. Took many toys on shelves

I work harder than anyone in that store and it goes un recognized

I want resolution and answers
