My regular customers and the coworkers that I work with most often make me happy at work. Also I am happiest when I get to work and the shift before me doesn't leave a mess for me to clean up

The store looks run down I offered idea and it would take money from mgr so it was shot down. The employees have stopped caring since the upper staff don't care for us so take all that and you end up with this store

Need have someone come in and watch the store

People on phones and being quiet rude to the public

We have no one to actually Work

the leadership needs to change

You need your upper management to show stores more support

Some employees need to work around the store to make it a clean and positive environment. They need to listen to customer and follow company guidelines

Homeless people live outside the store the take baths and do their drugs in the bathroom never buying a thing from store they steal they beg from customers

Your upper management is sneaky and rude they don't care about store level employees they don't care how many years you've put in to keep their company floating just to fire you without any warning

Being treated unfairly because a co worker and the manager feel threatened by me. Im being told im a great worker by the manager who is always avoiding me and i know im a great worker but i cant work around people who are on drugs and stealing money and i spoke up and now they cut my hours

Waiting on ny last check, improve mailing time

Higher level management! Restroom breaks are Always a plus. Aldo haveing more then one or two people per shift working.

everyone says the company is falling apart and the employees are LAZY

Nothing to fix some customers will interact others will get pissy if you talk to you or straight up ignore you.

Fire the managers they have to much power and know it so they are taking advantage of employees. Taking the mornings but leaving new comers to train them selves and close a store with proper training. They just through you to the wolves basically.

I feel like the whole weight of the store is on me and if I have one bad day I get punished for it but nobody else well
