I would really love it if the company would fix the system so I could actually see all of my personal information on my portal.
i feel like if we got our bonuses people woudl be a lot happier working there also if they didnt hire a new hire at 19 a hour and someone who has worked there for almost a year 13 a hour
I work in the kitchen but I'm expected to also run the front of the store by myself for 2 to 3 hours which makes it hard to do my job I also have to make sure everything is stocked and do the ordering for the kitchen I do the kitchen managers job but don't get the job or the pay. I feel used
Vacation pay for part timers. McDonald's worker are making 20 an hour.

I work my myself most of the time so when working with people i nearly get to work with anybody.
There's no communication between anyone, there aren't enough employees to cover the shifts. And the workload isn't being fairly shared.

Everyone needs to feel valued and respected and treated with respect. Nobody should be belittle just because of how they sound or behave. Everyone has a Place and everybody needs to be respected. Never talk down to a person just because how they talk always respect each other. Ask questions

Employers should ask what a person needs to be paid to work there. Let them know that full-time is available or not available because there was a lot of poor communication from Crystal the manager she is very scattered mind. She said she can't multitask. She always was overwhelmed.

The store looks run down I offered idea and it would take money from mgr so it was shot down. The employees have stopped caring since the upper staff don't care for us so take all that and you end up with this store
