Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because, the way treated they allow employess below and sprint doesn't maintain an employee discipline policy. Deliberately showing discrimination.

It's corporate America folks, most people are just button-pushing, task fulfilling human machines. A traditional company has no interest in employees flourishing unless you play their games.

Sprint undervalues their customers and entry level associates. I would feel better if management were more involved with different stores in the region.

Sprint pays new hires from outside hire wages than employees who have worked their way up. Internal promotions are few and when you receive one (I've gotten two in the last 3 years) you do not get a fair salary adjustment for the promotion.

Give credit for employee job duties, as an employee i cant afford to have 20% of my commission withheld because a customer i took a bill payment for is not willing to reccomend sprint to friends and family. How about asking an appropriate question that actually reflects the consultants performance!?

Healthcare is catastrophe coverage only. High deductibles must be paid before any co-pay or co-insurance kicks in, with the single exception of prescriptions. Prescriptions are generic only, refuses to cover meds with no generic option.
