Customer service and accountability to the needs of long-term clients.
Review from Executive Dept
Many things. No need to get into it. Typical slow red tape and politics.
Review from Engineering Dept
I did not have the best experience working at sprint. I had issues with the clock-in app. I tried it on my phone and on work computers. The app didn't always work and the manager did not care enough to help me. I signed up 5 new customers on the premium plan and did not receive credit.
Review from Sales Dept
Sprint must work on the service they provide. Not worth the value and prices are too high for poor service
Review from Customer Support Dept
I feel undervalued because, the way treated they allow employess below and sprint doesn't maintain an employee discipline policy. Deliberately showing discrimination.
It's corporate America folks, most people are just button-pushing, task fulfilling human machines. A traditional company has no interest in employees flourishing unless you play their games.
Review from Engineering Dept
Sprint undervalues their customers and entry level associates. I would feel better if management were more involved with different stores in the region.
Review from Sales Dept
Being paid for what I do. Stop punishing me for the failures and the corrupt behavior of others.

Review from Finance Dept
We are not effective or efficient.
Review from Executive Dept
Stop the games, co-operate, stop back-stabbing, get-stuff-done, and stop wasting budget.

Allow leads to stand in and overhear
Review from Sales Dept
Working together to build community.
Review from Executive Dept
It's monotonous, and seems like I spend more time explaining why something did or did not get done to the CEO. The CEO does not realize the impact his irrelevant questions have on the downstream employees.
Review from Finance Dept
The upcoming merger causes too much distraction. When it is said and done, things will be better.
Review from IT Dept
Better management would be nice
Review from Communications Dept
customer want to feel liked and wanted. If you keep giving all the deals to new customers, retention will be very hard.
