What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not paying into health insurance

It's hard to choose! I am very happy with my salary, but I think the physical and mental health benefits are probably what I like best about our package.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Ambition to work and help others

The most positive aspect I've experienced about the company culture is that leadership/direct managers really value employees' physical and mental health and lead by example. Taking a mental health day and logging off when you're not feeling well have both been encouraged in team meetings.
