
The attempted transparency is the best part of the leadership team.
We need to maintain a reasonable amount of employees. Also, fewer layoffs. There has been at least one layoff a year since I started.
When I can just do my job and not have to compensate for lack of employees by doing the work of 5 different people. I work 12-14 hours daily. I am not alone in this.
Being properly staffed instead of consistently understaffed. Getting merit increases for the employees instead of the executive leadership retaining their multi-million dollar bonuses. We went through this a decade ago - employees took a 5% paycut while leadership continued to get excessive bonuses.
