More personal caring.. and more concern about work life balance for all.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Corporate leadership seems very committed to employees, community ,diversity etc.... but it doesn't flow down to the local level which is very disappointing.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
as stated the corporate culture seems very positive from online posts and web casts. locally everything is doom and gloom. no positive reinforcement of any kind.
