Total compensation package is fair and competitive, however there are a few compensation items that have recently been made unavailable or are being re-evaluated

The Leadership Team at SBD is transparent about not only our Corporate Objectives to Wall Street, but also our Purpose. There is consistent communication and action around Purpose, which is impactful to the employee base and external messaging.

Our company Purpose has been solidified and embraced at all levels, and is embedded within our products of work. We're also evolving from an old manufacturing company with traditional mind-set to a more innovative and progressive company in all aspects
