Forced overtime bad pay, moral is the pits.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Living wage was $15 an hour ten years ago. At least start people at that.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

It was they didn't know how. Rubber stamp questions form the internet and multi people some not even in the same dept interviewing, complete with conflict of interests.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There are jobs that get posted Bachelors preferred. That level of pay does not come after the first 90 days, year, or five years. Bachelor and under living wage is pretty poor ethics.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The company is paying low wages and buying other companies rapidly. The employees are paying for these by wage freezes that only benefit upper management. If you are white and male and garner no tax breaks, expect zero upward mobility.
