Fairly transparent, all things considered.

Collaboration, cohesiveness, friendliness, ability to laugh and hang out outside of work

Being able to work on something to completion and see it in stores.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Willing to work around my schedule for in-person interview since I lived 4 hours away.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes. Pay raises have been frozen until further notice for everyone. Reinstating those ASAP is a must.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most people in the immediate department keep a positive attitude overall though that wanes from time to time. Morale overall is fairly low.
