Not burying employees to escape accountability and lying to employees about what they stand for in protecting the community and vulnerable poeple - i am metis and autistic and low class

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good vacation, sick pay and holidays! Healthcare coverage is excellent, especially after applying fitness incentives.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to see double the coverage for wellness and dental. Also I think that covering one pair of glasses a year is a reasonable request. In this industry many individuals are straining their eyes and eyeglass coverage is reasonable.

Learning, loved my coworkers (those that did not feel threatened by my work and all the attention i got for my good aork) immediate coworkers hated my cause i out shined them

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lots of support for Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. The workplaces are well funded and most have environments that align with our goals as a top design firm.

It takes a while to find the collaborative types and once you do you can work together efficiently and effectively. There should be greater emphasis on building business lines that support collaboration.
