My New Homes team is fantastic. We need to be more innovative and think outside the box. We should have design/carport installers for multi-family trained or onboarded already. Our retrofit team is great but the retrofit services and communication with the installers in CA needs a lot of work

I believe a employee should be rewarded for thier performace. If their performace is great, a yearly salary increase should be compensated. I believe in salary increase each year that reflect individual performance. If not, I feel like I'm making less than previous year (time value of money)
