Having a team that is fun to work with, always improving together, and lets me pursue my career goals and grow in my role.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is full of patient, understanding, emotionally mature people who are capable of facing problems or stress with a positive attitude, not starting unnecessary arguments or having knee-jerk reactions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy the 40 hours of paid volunteer hours to incentivize people to do volunteer work during the work day, because or else it's hard to find times to do it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone feels like they're working together and cares how each other are thinking and feeling. They don't put the work ahead of the people - they know what's best for the people is what's going to be best for the project long term.
