Being with the company a relatively short time, I have felt very welcomed. Not easy in a mostly remote work environment, in my opinion. I have been given opportunities to learn, succeed and even fail. So far, it has been a wonderful experience and I feel lucky to be here.

Bringing your authentic self to work is a regular theme with this company, and it is actively encouraged by all levels of leadership every day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Being relatively new to Sunrise Banks, every single person I've interreacted with has at some time either offered to share their experience or assisted me with finding the right person for a question.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I took on a new role for me at Sunrise. I was offered a salary that took into account all of my experience, not only my job specific experience. Specific, measurable mutually agreed upon goals to reach for Rocks.
What makes you most happy at work?
The opportunity learn something new every day. Seeing my work directly impact Sunrise Bank customers. Seeing my work directly impact the bank. Interacting with the people at work. My direct team and the others involved in the work that I do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They make themselves available for direct discussions and questions with all employees frequently. They do not shy away from difficult questions and answer them directly even when knowing the answer may not be what the person was hoping for. They seem sincere in all responses. They walk the talk.
