It's been a rollercoaster since I've started. I have learned many new things, and am looking forward to learning many more. I've had the opportunity to be a key player in multiple customer facing projects, while learning the in's and out's of the banking industry along the way.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Generous PTO and VTO opportunities.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The give an honest effort to be engaged, even in topics they don't fully understand/ grasp.
What makes you most happy at work?
Coming up with new ways to tackle either existing or upcoming projects/ issues. Tied for a close second is the ability to continue participating in my VTO opportunites.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all can be our genuine selves. No one has to tip toe around each other. Yes we can be rough around the edges, but we all mean well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We get the opportunity to constantly learn new things, and approach issues with new solutions. Culture wise, it's very open to new and upcoming ideas and is willing to give anything it seems a solid shake.
