I love working at Sunrise. I think there is a great balance of you as a person and you as an employee. We have our challenges, but with the leadership team and their ability to listen and make the necessary changes, the sky is the limit.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are truly a team. Always helping others, and never too busy to answer a question or jump in to assist.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the bonus (potential) paid out in March. I think that is a great way to acknowledge the hard work conducted throughout the previous year.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable and amazing listeners. It is what is best for the bank, but also knowing that employees can assist in that process. Not always the case at other companies.
What makes you most happy at work?
solving issues and working out the challenges of my partners. Getting a solution that not only makes sense for the partner but also the bank. Every day, that is what drives me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It seems there is a strong emphasis on employees. Not just work but also on a personal level. I think that is important and makes me that much more invested in the mission and my position.
