Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Direct management isn't invested in their team. No upward movement or personal goals are ever discussed. No team building, it's just go to work, get the job done. I like to keep motivated and excited about what I am doing and management has led with a poor example for the whole team.
