Personally, my current department is a new area for me, so the learning curve is a little higher than other stops throughout my career; however, that was somewhat intentional as I wanted to expand my background. Thus far, Sunrise has been a positive experience.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning new subject matter and interacting with co-workers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I guess I would say the potential to bonus.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusiveness and you don't feel like just another 'number'.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well with each other, and everyone is willing to help with questions as they arise. We have a good rapport when we meet in person and try to get together outside of work from time to time as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Sunrise has a forward-thinking and inclusive culture as well as a customer base that may have been historically underserved. These characteristics have not been a priority in my experience at previous employers and I believe that is a result of the culture the leadership at Sunrise tries to promote
