Overall it is a good experience. I feel they can allocate and budget for proper training for some of the positions in order to grow the employees for heavily audited areas. Much of the training for my position has come from me personally researching online via Google and Youtube on my personal time.

All have the same goals and drive to the finish line. Easy going and flexible on work assignments.
What makes you most happy at work?
Completing a task or project and having upper management acknowledge the hard work that went into the project
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am salaried and often work over 50 hours a week and a simple search of the national average and local average of my job title reveal higher pay. For an employee that has remained loyal to a company when the turn over has been at an all time high and continues to work 50-55 hrs a week, pay them.
