Hitting my deadlines, keeping up with my tasks. Also when I can change something to make a process smoother.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Hearing the stories about how our products are improving people's lives. It makes the workloads and other stresses worth it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just feel like I need to push more for advancement opportunities as I feel like in some aspects I have earned the right to promotion to a higher title. Also, sometimes I feel like management does not realize that the workload has tripled but the processes have not become any more efficient.
